Terms of Use

AL-MUHIB UMRAH DESK is a private software workspace operated by AL-MUHIB TOUR & TRAVELS to support its travel administration.

1. Authorized access

Only authorized personnel may use the private application. Account credentials and recovery keys must be safeguarded. Do not share access with unauthorized parties.

2. Correct records

Users are responsible for reviewing passenger names, passport validity, flight dates, invoices, payment references, vouchers and travel information. Software-generated summaries do not replace verification against original travel documents or financial records.

3. Data protection

Use this system only for lawful travel administration and protect passenger records. See the Privacy Policy for data-handling practices.

4. Google Drive backups

Google Drive access is limited to the account owner's authorized backup workflow. Connection and upload checks do not alone prove that every file can be restored. Keep separate recovery keys and verify backups before considering any retention changes.

5. Availability and changes

The app may receive updates, technical maintenance, or integration changes. Features that depend on external services are subject to their availability and permissions.
